From Tavistock and Derriford

Take the A386 to Milehouse, and then follow the signs to Torpoint through Stoke. Turn right into Albert Road and drive down to the traffic lights. Turn left into Park Avenue (this road runs along the top of Pottery Road where the Torpoint Ferry is)  and runs into Chapel Street.  Continue going  until you have the Bingo hall on your left,  straight over at this mini roundabout. 

Follow the road until just past the Esso Garage on the left, at the next mini-roundabout turn right into George Street. The sign says “Mount Wise, Scott Memorial, Mutton Cove”. Drive straight on for about 300 metres, where a notice on grey pillars advises “Mount Wise Park”. Drive through the gateway, bearing right past Hamoaze House. The entrance to Seymour House is about 150 metres further on, at the top of the road, on the right.

From the City Centre

Drive west along Union Street towards Devonport, over Stonehouse Bridge, and follow the road to the mini-roundabout where the sign on the left indicates “Mount Wise, Scott Memorial, Mutton Cove”. Turn left into George Street. Drive straight on for about 300 metres, where a notice on grey pillars advises “Mount Wise Park”. Drive through the gateway, bearing right past Hamoaze House.
